Use Domain Specific email addresses NOT free webmail addresses

It is always better to use an email address along the lines of 'info@yourcompanyname.com' rather than a free webmail account like 'yourcompanyname@hotmail.com'.

Even if you don't have a live website, as long as you have the domain name (These can be purchased for as little as £8 per year) you can set up a proper business email address. These look so much more professional & credible than free webmail addresses which often put potential customers off, and are frequently associated with amateurs, cowboys & even scammers.
